"Back in 2018 I purchased a pair of Vortex Diamondback Binoculars for my son for deer hunting. Unfortunately, he had an accident involving a vehicle, his binos and the ground - in that order. His Vortex binos were severely damaged. Needless to say he was upset.

I was upset also and decided to see if Vortex would honor their VIP warranty. I told him I was concerned that negligence is usually grounds for voiding a warranty. We contacted them and they told us to just send the binos in and they would be replaced. Much to my surprise, a couple of weeks later, a new pair arrived in the mail. No heartaches or hassles. Needless to say, I will buy all my sons gifts from Vortex in the future."
